Adachicomputech.com is a full-fledge Information Technology services website dedicated to providing our clients with computer repair, service, training, and support. Depending on the nature of the computer problems and the type of services requested by our clients, we offer online computer support via remote access connectivity and/or dispatch local technicians nationwide to provide onsite (in-home, in-office, in-store) visitations.




How can I get support?


To get started, you simply fill out the New Client Registration to create a free online account. Upon approval, you will receive a �welcome to AdachiCompuTech.com� email notification. You can now access your profile using your email address and password you created during registration. To schedule your initial or subsequent service request(s), you simply login to your online account and click on �New Service Request� to initiate the process. You will need to select or create a profile for the computer needing the support, by clicking on �Setup a New Computer� or by pre-registering it using the �Add/Edit Computer� link. Once completed, you describe the problem, select your desired service type, and submit. We review your service request and contact you to discuss the options available to you and to take credit card payment that covers the initial 1 hour minimum of work. A qualified technician will then contact you to schedule the service appointment.




Do I have to register to request a service call?


Yes. By registering you create a free online account that enables you to track your service requests, open new service requests, view and pay invoices, post feedbacks, view appointment schedules, technicians� feedbacks, and so on, all in one dashboard.




What is online computer support?


Online computer support is also known as �remote access� or �remote control�. It is the technology that enables our support specialists to view and fix virtually most of your computer problems over a secure on-demand connection that is powered by the Internet. The Internet connection is firewall-friendly and uses 256 bit SSL-encryption sessions, which makes it safe to view, control, fix, and support computer and/or network systems remotely.




What is onsite computer support?


AdachiCompuTech.com recognizes that only MOST (Not All) computer problems can be fixed via online or remote access connectivity. In fact, some service calls require onsite visitations by certified technicians! Our onsite computer support services are available in these categories: In-home, In-office, and In-store. If you need any of those services, our certified onsite technicians are on-call and available nationwide to assist you. To request an onsite service call, simply login to your online account and request the best date and time for a visit.




How much does it cost?


At AdachiCompuTech.com, we offer online computer support and onsite computer support (In-home/ In-office/ In-store visitations by certified technicians nationwide). Our online computer support sessions have flat rates, ranging from $29.95 to $139.95 depending on the service type. Our in-home support services start at $99.00 per hour with a minimum of 1 hour. Our in-office and in-store support services start at $105.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. When we receive a new service request from you, we review it carefully, then we contact you by telephone to discuss the options available to you and then we take credit card payment toward the initial 1 hour minimum of work. If the service requires in-home, in-office, or in-store visitation, our onsite certified technician will contact you by telephone to schedule the appointment. After the initial 1 hour of work, any additional billable hours are billed or charged to your credit card account.




Is there a guarantee for your work?


Yes. All services include a 7 day guarantee from date of original service. If you are not completely satisfied with any Adachi Computech Solutions Services, Adachi Computech Solutions will, upon your written request, provide you with two help sessions or refund the money you have paid to Adachi Computech Solutions, so long as Adachi Computech Solutions receives such written request within seven (7) calendar days. Any refund will be limited to the amount paid by you. Fees will be refunded if Adachi Computech Solutions is unable to solve your problem. Once an order has been placed, it’s the sole discretion of Adachi Computech Solutions to decide whether or not we can resolve the problem. In some instances, it may be required for you to obtain hardware at the request of the technician. In these instances, your ticket will remain open for 7 days in order for you to obtain the hardware needed to complete the service. Failure to obtain and/or call Adachi Computech Solutions back to complete the service does not constitute Adachi Computech Solutions not being able to solve your problem and fees will not be refunded. In other instances, your original Windows installation disk and/or third party application software will be required to resolve your issue. In these instances, your ticket will remain open for 7 days in order for you to obtain a replacement disk. Failure to obtain or the absence of this disk does not constitute Adachi Computech Solutions not being able to solve your problem and fees will not be refunded.




Is there a missed appointment penalty?


If You schedule an appointment with AdachiCompuTech.com service representatives on a particular day and time and You do not contact Adachi Computech Solutions within a minimum of two (2) hours prior to Your appointment to cancel or otherwise reschedule Your appointment, You will be charged, at Adachi Computech Solutions� option, a twenty-five dollar (U.S. $25.00) (or equivalent amount in the applicable currency) missed appointment fee.




What happens when the technician fails to show up for the appointment?


This is an uncommon practice at AdachiCompuTech.com; however, if the technician is late or fails to show up for the appointment, please contact us immediately either by telephone or via email so that we can follow-up with the technician promptly.




Who is responsible for the actions of the technicians?


Our onsite technicians are not direct employees of AdachiCompuTech.com; rather, they are independent contractors who are subcontracted to provide the service(s) you have requested. Each technician is responsible for his/her actions. For more information, contact us directly at 1.866.607.2321
